The Suurniemi Tila is located in western Uusimaa, near the Karkali Natural Park, just an hour's drive from Helsinki. The estate grows apples and rent cottages around the year. In Suurniemi, you can enjoy the birch scenery and
spend a holiday in the Lohjanjärvi Lake, the largest lake in Southern Finland. The lake is renowned for its magnificent fish and its beaches have been attracting summer vacationers since the 18th century.
Smaller cottages are suitable for groups of up to five people. In the largest, 10-person villa, you can vacate with multiple generations, or spend a casual party in the cottage atmosphere while enjoying the sauna and the sunset.
All of our cottages have a wood-heated sauna and they are located at the coast of Lohjanjärvi, with a great view to evening sun.
