Männikkö
Männikkö is a 49-square-foot cottage renovated in 2012, on Lake Lohja, Uusimaa's largest lake. It is located on the slope and by evening sun. On a wooded site, tall pines grow, and in the late summer the yard provides blueberries for both berry-milk and pies. The beach is about 30m from the cottage, sandy and gently deepening.
Lautarakenteisessa mökissä on eteinen, puulämmitteinen sauna, pukuhuone, olohuone, keittiönurkkaus sekä makuutilat neljälle (kaksi alkovia). Tarvittaessa olohuoneen vuodesohvalle mahtuu vielä kaksi lomailijaa.
Equipment
Fireplace, electric stove, refrigirator-freezer combination, electric heating, microwave, TV, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, gas grill and kitchen utensils for 6 people.
Sauna water is obtained from the lake in summer with an electric pump. Drinking water is available from the main farm 400m away.
Environment
In front of the cottage there is a 35 square meter terrace with a beautiful view of Lake Lohjanjärvi. In the warmth of the evening sun it is relaxing to grill and cool off after a sauna. There is another terrace on the shore right by the water, from which stairs lead to the beach sand. You have a rowing boat and a SUP board at your disposal and the cottage provides life jackets for safe boating. There is a wooden shed and a dry toilet in the yard. The neighbor on each side is about 50 m away (no direct line of sight).
